Service Description

1.Identification of Customer Requirements

In the initial phase, we clarify your needs — the types of data carriers, the required destruction method, preferences regarding supervised handling, the scope of final documentation and the required implementation date.

2. Agreement on the Scope of Service

After the requirements have been identified, a quotation is submitted together with a proposed method for the destruction of the data carriers.

3. Takeover of the Goods

When the data carriers are taken over at the location specified by you, a handover protocol is issued and initial photo documentation is prepared.

Upon takeover, the data carriers are sealed into a transport container, which is opened only immediately before the actual destruction.

4. Service Implementation

The data carriers are destroyed using the pre-agreed method. If the service also includes the recording of serial numbers, these are scanned before destruction.

We prepare photo documentation of the entire process, from the opening of the transport containers through to destruction.

5. Documentation

During implementation, we prepare and secure all agreed documentation: disposal reports, weighing slips, waste acceptance confirmations and photo documentation.

6. Data Carrier Destruction Report

Upon completion, you receive a final report confirming the destruction and disposal of the data carriers.

• GDPR (EU 2016/679) – secure erasure of personal data and demonstrability of the measures taken
• NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 1 – media sanitization method in the Destroy category
• ISO/IEC 27001 – principles of controlled asset disposal, record keeping and audit trail
• Chain of Custody – an uninterrupted chain of responsibility from takeover to disposal.
