We specialise in activities that standard logistics companies usually do not have the capacity to handle — unpacking, sorting, dismantling and recycling or disposal of unusable goods.
We ensure the entire process quickly, efficiently and in compliance with legislative and environmental requirements — whether in standard mode, under increased security measures or under customs supervision.
What we offer
Independently or in cooperation with sheltered workshops, WEEE or battery processors, incineration facilities and waste management companies, we arrange:
- Unpacking and sorting of goods
- Dismantling of products and equipment
- Proposal and implementation of suitable disposal or recycling solutions
- Recycling of WEEE and batteries
- Energy recovery or disposal of waste
The scope of services is always tailored to the customer's needs.
This may include a complete solution from taking over the goods through to environmentally responsible disposal, or only a partial task, such as unpacking and returning the goods to the customer.
Upon request, we also provide accompanying documentation, such as:
- Photo documentation of the service
- Disposal reports
- Waste acceptance confirmations

How it works
1. Identification of customer requirements
We clarify your expectations regarding the service process and the desired outcome. We pay close attention to the specific nature of the goods and your requirements.
2. Proposal of possible solutions
We propose suitable procedures based on the type of goods, their properties, including any hazardous characteristics, available technologies and logistics options.
3. Agreement on the scope of service
Once the proposal has been approved, the order is confirmed, usually by means of an advance payment.
4. Taking over the goods
After the advance payment has been received, we take over the goods at the location specified by you or arrange logistics as needed.
5. Service implementation
We carry out the agreed activities — unpacking, sorting, dismantling, disposal and related services.
Photo documentation of the entire process can be provided on request.
6. Documentation
During implementation, we prepare and secure the agreed documents — disposal reports, weighing slips, waste acceptance confirmations and photo documentation.
7. Handover of outputs / return of goods
After completion of the work, we hand over the agreed service outputs — final documents, reports or returned sorted goods.
